As the mother of the bride, I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know about Alicia. She deserves special recognition for an outstanding job of developing and executing the plan for 3 days of events for 98 people.

From our first video conference call several months in advance to our final farewells, Alicia made us feel like we were her only customers. She remembered all the details of our preferences and final decisions, keeping up with my daughter's choices much better than I ever could! She had a calming and patient approach with my daughter as she walked her through the many choices and effectively guided her to final decisions. She showed interest in this event being successful in a way that felt personal and very genuine. It's the bride's once in a lifetime wedding and Alicia had a magical way of entering into that enthusiasm with the bride and making her feel very special. That's something that comes from the heart - hard to train for. That is gold!

Alicia instilled such confidence in her role and the vendors that I never had a single worry about the many, many arrangements that were being orchestrated by her and her staff. When the wedding weekend began we were able to relax and enjoy the events, knowing that Alicia was behind the scenes ensuring all the arrangements were in place and unfolding as we had planned. She had built a trusted relationship with us.
